Christopher Mangum Obituary
Christopher was born on May 3, 1980 in Vance County, NC to Carol and the late Danny Mangum, Sr.
Christopher worked as a car detailer at United Sports Automotive. He enjoyed playing card games,
watching sports, and hanging out with friends.
In addition to his father, Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Maxine
Mangum and Willie and Annie Mae Moore; and two uncles, Clyde Stafford and Bobby Stafford.
Christopher is survived by his mother, Carol Mangum; his daughter, Paris Cook; his brother, Danny
Mangum, Jr. (Leslie); two aunts, Sylvia J. Mangum Brewster and Pattie Sue Stafford; and many cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Harriett Baptist Church in
Henderson, NC with Pastor Will Breedlove officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
