Passed away on, April 26, 2024 at the age of 55.
Predeceased by his mother, Anne Montesano; nephew, Colin Montesano; uncle, Patrick DiLella.
He is survived by his father, George R. Montesano; brother, Michael (Tracy) Montesano; nephew and godson, Evan Montesano; aunt, Roberta DiLella; cousins, Michelle DiLella, Patrick (Julie) DiLella Jr., Louis DiLella and Joseph DiLella.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave.
Contributions may be made in Chris' memory to The Colin Montesano Scholarship Fund, c/o FLACE Canandaigua National Bank, 72 S. Main Street, Canandaigua, NY 14424.

I started working with Chris almost a year ago. Being a senior member of our work group, he quickly became a mentor to me but, more importantly, a friend. We bonded over our love of music, our Italian heritage and similar ways of thinking. He was always helpful, caring and just a genuinely good soul. I will always remember him fondly. Rest easy, my friend.

Chris always texted me on the holidays and made sure we got together for lunch every once in a while. I will miss his friendship, his stories and how much he cared about the ones he loved. Rest in peace my friend, you will be missed.
