Chris was a devoted friend, brother, and community member whose love for life was evident in everything he did. A proud graduate of RIT and member of Phi Sigma Kappa, Chris was also part of the final graduating class of Mount Assumption and began his education in the Plattsburgh City School District. His passion for sports ran deep - he was a lifelong Yankees fan, an RIT hockey season ticket holder, and an enthusiastic supporter of hockey, baseball, golf, soccer, and football. Chris found joy in being outdoors, whether hunting in the woods or spending time on the water. He especially loved dancing, concerts, boating, and cheering on his teams at games with family and friends. Dedicated to service, Chris held the role of Commissioner for the Point Pleasant Fire Department and was a proud member of the Irondequoit Bay Fish & Game Club. Known for his generous spirit, sharp wit, and vibrant presence, Chris lived fully and gave freely - a legacy that will be remembered by all who knew him.
Chris was somewhat small in stature, but a giant in his battle with cancer, never complaining...fighting until the end. He passed away with his loving family by his side at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY.
At Chris' request there will be no calling hours or funeral. He merely asked to have a Celebration of his life, which will be held on June 27, 2025 at the Point Pleasant Fire Department from 5-9 pm, 55 Ewer Rd, Irondequoit, NY 14622.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to Point Pleasant Fire Department.
