Born on January 1, 1938, in Anand, India, Christopher was known for his unwavering devotion to God and his family, exemplifying a hardworking and content nature throughout his life.
Christopher is remembered for the deep love he showed for his wife, Indumati Raj. Their relationship was marked by a commitment that is rarely seen. His devotion to Indumati was evident until his last moment, and their bond stood as a testament to their shared journey through life. He was a proud father to four children: Samuel Raj, Kamal Raj, Mayurika Christian, Bindu Mathews. Christopher also cherished his role as a grandfather to Deborah Brock, Charles Mathews, Abel Mathews, Manna Raj, Mark Raj, Tamanna Assih, Simit Christian, Robby Raj, and Tiffany Raj.
His passion for life was reflected in his hobbies and interests. He found great joy in singing and expressed a profound love for God, sharing this passion with those around him. His personality was characterized by simplicity and a contentment that inspired those fortunate enough to know him.
Christopher’s life story is defined by his proudest accomplishment—his family. He worked tirelessly to provide for them and nurture their bonds, fostering an environment of love and support that will live on in their hearts and memories.
Christopher is survived by his wife Indumati Raj, Children Samuel Raj(Prosperine), Kamal Raj(Minal), Mayurika Christian(Sunil), Bindu Mathews(Finny); grandchildren Deborah Brock(Trevor), Charles Mathews(Mahima), Abel Mathews(Taylor), Manna Raj, Mark Raj, Tamanna Assih(Titus), Simit Christian(Alda), Robby Raj and Tiffany Raj; great-grandchildren Haven Brock, Joy Brock, Suzanne Assih, Jude Assih and Luma Christian.
Christopher M. Raj's legacy of love, faith, and family will remain a guiding light for those he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever be cherished in the hearts of his loved ones.
