Christopher “Chris” Ray Roberts, born December 1, 1970, and a resident of Jacksonville, Arkansas, joined the Church Triumphant on April 20, 2024, after losing a battle to cancer at age 53. Chris is survived by his wife of twenty years, Kristena “Krissy” M. Roberts, his children, Casey Noel, Jacob Alexander, and Caitlin “Catie” Elizabeth Roberts, his father and mother, C. Ray Roberts and Pamela Roberts, and his brother, Jeffrey J. Roberts. Chris is survived by his father and mother-in-law, Phil and Dede Seaman, brothers-in-law Michael (Katrina) Seaman and Eric (Holly) Seaman, and a host of nieces and nephews. Chris is preceded in death by his grandparents, Chester and Eva Roberts and Robert “Bob” and Betty Smith, and his sister-in-law, Jennifer M. Roberts.
Chris was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and uncle. Chris graduated from Northeast High School located in North Little Rock, and received a bachelor’s degree from Arkansas Tech University. Chris was a Farmers Insurance agent for over twenty years. Chris had many hobbies throughout his lifetime, but his passion was sports cars, especially red sports cars.
Chris was a believer in Christ Jesus and the family takes comfort in knowing Christ prepared a room for our beloved.
The family plans to celebrate Chris’ life privately and ask that any love offerings be made to Caitlin Elizabeth Roberts for post high school graduation endeavors.
