Christopher Shawn Roberts

Christopher Shawn Roberts, 60, of Owensboro passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at his residence. Chris was born on June 22, 1965, in Cullman, Alabama, to Sherman and Dolores Calhoun Roberts. He graduated from Daviess County High School with the class of 1983 where he played on the Panther golf team. He grew up and worked most of his life in the Owensboro area. Chris will be remembered and deeply missed by his parents and his former spouse and mother of his children, Michele Roberts.

In addition to his parents and former spouse, survivors include his five children, Colton (Katy) Roberts, Kelby Roberts, Clayton Roberts, Kennedy Roberts, all of Lewisport, Jasey (Emma) Roberts of Henderson; four grandchildren, Scarlett, Savannah, Elijah, and Colt; siblings, Scott Roberts, Craig (Jennifer) Roberts, and Alicia (Jim) Taylor; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be noon Saturday, December 20 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory with Fr. Carl McCarthy officiating. Same day visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
