Christopher Anthony Robinson

Christopher A. Robinson, 60, of Ryan, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. He was born on September 4, 1965, in Manchester, the son of Roger and Carol (Schroder) Robinson. Christopher was a 1984 graduate of North Linn High School and graduated from Kirkwood Community College for auto mechanics.

He was the owner and operator of Robinson Restorations, a classic car restoration business based in Ryan, Iowa. He was known for his skill, attention to detail, and deep appreciation for craftsmanship. Through his work, he brought new life to vintage vehicles and earned the respect of clients and fellow car enthusiasts alike. Christopher enjoyed hunting, loved farming, and attending drag racing and car shows.

Christopher will be remembered for his dedication to his work, his independence, and the legacy he leaves behind through the vehicles he restored and the people who knew him.

He is survived by his mother, Carol Robinson of Manchester, Iowa; his sister, Hilary (Robinson) Roy of Brooksville, Florida; his nephews, Liam Roy and Christopher Roy, both of Brooksville, Florida; and a loving extended family.

Christopher was preceded in death by his father, Roger Robinson.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the estate of Christopher Robinson. Per Christopher's wishes, the funds will be donated to organizations near and dear to his heart.
