Born on January 20, 1954, in Muskegon, Michigan, Christopher's life was marked by a profound commitment to both his family and his community.

Christopher spent his early years in Muskegon, where he cultivated a deep sense of empathy and understanding for those around him. This innate compassion guided him throughout his illustrious career. As the Executive Director at Kent County Childhaven, he devoted his life to nurturing and empowering countless children, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him. His leadership and dedication transformed many lives, a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations.

Christopher's life will be honored with a Visitation at Gregory B Levett and Son Funeral Home - Flat Shoals Location in Decatur, Georgia, on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow at the same location on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 1:00 pm, where family and friends will gather to pay tribute to a life well-lived.

He will be laid to rest at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Muskegon, Michigan, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 1:00 pm. Christopher's final journey brings him back to his roots, where he will be lovingly remembered.
