He graduated from Hillcrest High in 2005.
He worked at Burger King, Wendy's, Chase Bank, and the last 15 years at Mediacom. He is survived by his mother, Brenda Sanders, her partner, John Werlen, Aunt Glenda Kelly, Aunt Danena Freemen, Uncle Charlie Sanders, Uncle Harvey Sanders, and several cousins.
Preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Leo and Peggy Currie, paternal grandparents, Ivan and Bobbie Sanders, Aunt Melinda Alcorn, Aunt Susie Price, Aunt Rosalie Higginbotham, and cousins Caleb Sanders, Judith Secrest, and Johnny Sanders.
Chris LOVED and treasured his close friends: Cory Snead, Sergio and Kelly Herrera, Wayne and Bobby Hicks, Cathy Smith, and Kara.
Chris had some special friends at Mediacom: Kimmy, Tommy, and a few others I am probably missing. And Cindy, he always respected you. And Chris had a host of friends from the Mix and Martha's Vineyard.
Chris, you were and always will be a wonderful man and loved by many.
And my sweet, sweet son, may you rest in peace.
