It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Michael Sheetz, who left us on July 15, 2024, in Tacoma, WA. Born on July 11, 1985, in Tacoma, Christopher was a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend, cherished by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Christopher is survived by his devoted mother, Deanna Sheetz, his father and stepmother, Kenneth(Jennie) Sheetz, and his loving sister, Felicia Sheetz. He was adored by his niece Raegan and nephews Austin and Mason, who often found joy in his bright smile and infectious laugh. His grandparents, Fred and Carol Howerton, and grandmothers Lou Sheetz and Bobbie Howerton, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family, will deeply miss his kind, generous, and considerate spirit.
Throughout his life, Christopher exhibited remarkable kindness and a generosity that touched many. His considerate nature was evident to all who crossed his path. He found great happiness in simple pleasures, like watching sports and spending quality time with all the members of his family and friends. His niece and nephews were particularly close to his heart, and he cherished every moment spent playing and laughing with them.
A ceremony to celebrate Christopher's life will be held at Neighborhood Church, located at 2802 Bridgeport Way W, University Place, WA 98466, on Saturday, August 10th, 2024, at 1pm. Friends and family are invited to gather and honor the life of a man whose memory will forever be a source of warmth and inspiration.
In our memories, Christopher will always be remembered for the brightness he brought into our lives. His infectious laugh, his unwavering compassion, and his generous spirit leave an indelible mark. As we say goodbye, we are reminded of the joy and love he showered on us, and we take solace in the memories that will forever live in our hearts.
