Chung-ming Charlie Peng, a beloved husband, father, son, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, at the age of 58. Born on February 20, 1967, Charlie lived a life rich in achievements, passionate about his work, and deeply devoted to his family.
Charlie's professional journey was marked by over 13 years of dedicated service as a program manager for the United States Postal Service. Throughout his career, he was instrumental in overseeing several successful product launches, which underscored his commitment to excellence and innovation.
An alumnus of National Chung Hsing University, Charlie earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics, reflecting his intellectual curiosity and passion for learning. His educational background laid a strong foundation for his career, where he showcased his talent and understanding of complex concepts, benefiting both his colleagues and the organization.
Outside of his career, Charlie cherished time spent with his family. He found immense joy in playing and reading with his two daughters, Hannah and Anna. His warm and welcoming nature always made his loved ones feel at ease. He possessed a great sense of humor that brought laughter and light into the lives of those around him.
Charlie is survived by his devoted wife, Belle; their two daughters, Hannah and Anna; his mother, Chun-Lan Mandy Liu; his siblings, Jolene Peng, Wuiyu Peng, Frances Peng; and his sister-in-law, Peng; his brother-in-law, Bo Wei Wu, and extended family, including his aunt Judith Jan and uncle Hwan W. Jan along with their daughters and families:Millie Martinez and husband Andrew Martinez/Daisie Dance and husband Denton Dance/Amie Jan ; his uncle Bennie Liu and his daughters: Ellen Liu and husband Ken Chann /Betty Liu /Jennifer Liu ; his aunt Ruby Liu ; his cousin Hsiuming Peng in Taiwan; his paternal aunt Senmei Peng and her husband Mr. Liu, and their children: Hsiaoyen Liu /Hsiaojing Liu /Hsingheng Liu
Charlie's legacy will be remembered through the love he shared, the kindness he extended, and the laughter he spread within his family and community. He will be dearly missed but fondly remembered by all who knew him.
