Cillis Hensley, 80 of Coldiron, passed away with his loving family by his side on July 21, 2024 at his home. He was born to the late Lewis and Myrtle Morgan Hensley on December 3, 1943. He was a retired Coal Miner.
Mr. Hensley is preceded in death by his Parents; Brother, Bud Hensley; Sisters, Hazel Hensley and Helen Murphy.
Cillis is survived by his loving Wife, Fay Thomas Hensley; Daughter, Pam Bailey and Husband Lester; Grandchildren, Julia Ann Miniard and Husband Marty, Matthew Bailey and Kennedy Trusty; Great Grandchildren, Noah and Aubrey Miniard; Brothers, Charles Hensley and Wife Margie and Kenneth Hensley and Wife Linda; Sisters, Vyetta McGregor, Rosa Hubbard and Fannie Mulkey and Husband Gary; Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends will also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 24, 2024 from 5PM to 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will beheld on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 1PM also in the Chapel with Ronnie Brock and Jim Huff officiating. Burial will follow at the New Creech Cemetery in Wallins with Matthew Bailey, Lester Bailey, Marty Miniard and Noah Miniard serving as pallbearers.
