Cindy graduated from Panora High School in 1977. She graduated from DMACC in Ankeny and acquired her AA degree as well as additional training in Arizona for her Travel Consultant career. She worked as a Travel Consultant and Tech/Operations Specialist for the ITA Group for 26 years.
Cindy loved the outdoors and traveling when she could. Growing up she loved her horses. She also loved wildlife especially dolphins. Her most favorite time of the year was the Iowa State Fair. She enjoyed taking short drives to Saylorville Lake and spending time with family, friends and neighbors.
She is survived by her sister, Roxie Fisher; several nieces, nephews and great nieces. Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, Dick & Gertrude Bullard, two brothers Perry and Denny and one niece Miranda.
