Cindy Cormack

Cynthia Ann Cormack, age 70, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away Friday, August 9, 2024, at her home. She was born on September 20,1953, in North Little Rock to the late John and Omadelle (Newlin) Crossman. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Edward Cormack; two sisters, Kathy Whittle of Tequesta, Florida, and Mary Gardner of North Little Rock; two sons, Ben Cormack and husband Casey of Fayetteville and Brian Cormack and wife Caroline of Little Rock; two grandsons, Jonah and Elliott Cormack of Little Rock; and eight nieces and nephews.
Before Cindy retired, she worked for two decades as a neonatal NICU nurse at UAMS and Arkansas Children's Hospital, caring for young children. She also took in many rescue animals, and loved the many dogs and cats which accompanied her throughout her life.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 13th at Singleton Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home and Flower Shop in Charleston. Officiating the service will be Rev. Claire Thompson of the First United Methodist Church in Charleston.
