Cindy Hall Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Tyler M. Woods Funeral Director from Mar. 5 to Mar. 6, 2026.
Mrs. Cindy Louise Hall, 65, Eldon, passed away February 19, 2026 peacefully surrounded by loved ones. She was born June 6, 1960 in Chariton, IA., a daughter of the late James and Marge (Anderson) Irving. On November 12, 2017 she was united in marriage to Scott A. Hall who survives at their home.

She was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandma, aunt and friend. To her family she was one of the strongest women known and would do anything for anyone; even those she hadn't known for very long. Throughout her trials she kept a smile, never complaining. Cindy reminded those around her how precious life is, and how important it is to show compassion and love.

Now, it is her time to be with God and her family and friends who have preceded her in death. She will be thought of everyday and missed tremendously; when a hummingbird appears, Cindy will be there.

In addition to her husband: Scott, she is survived by children: Joseph E. Lamb of Lake Ozark, and Carrie Hall of Ft. Meyers, FL.; four grandchildren: Paige, Mason, Brock, Maci; siblings: Mike (Debbie Ann) Irving, Debbie Dyer, Lori (Mike) Graves; father in-law: Jon Hall; sister in laws: Rhenea Cupper, Rochel (Kip) Carver; brother in law: Steve (Marti) Hall; numerous nieces and nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents: James and Marge Irving; a daughter: Stacie Hall; brothers in law: Clarence Dyer and Stan Hall; mother in law: Carol Hall.

A Celebration of Cindy's Life will be announced at a later date.

Arrangements for Mrs. Hall are under the direction of TYLER M. WOODS FUNERAL DIRECTOR, 611 E. Capitol Ave. Jefferson City, Missouri 65101. (573) 636-2424.
