Joe was a dedicated electrician and was employed with Amplified Electric Company in Eldon. He worked faithfully until he could no longer continue due to his health. He was a hard worker who took great pride in providing for his family and giving his best in everything he did.? Above all else, Joe loved his family deeply.

He is survived by his father: Joseph G. Ramsey Sr. of Eldon, MO.; fiancée: Stephanie Maxwell; children: Joe Ramsey of Linn, MO., and Natalie Ramsey of Belle, MO.; stepchildren: Francesca (AJ) Bolt of Reno, NV, Athena Maxwell and Jorga Maxwell, who resided in the home with Joe and Stephanie in Osage Beach, MO.; granddaughter: Dani of Reno, NV.; brother: Nathan Moore of Versailles, MO.; sister: Christine (Jeff) Durbin of O'Fallon, MO.; nephews: Nate, Cole, Jackson, Vincent; nieces: Mia and Giavona.

Joe will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his unwavering loyalty, and the deep love he had for his family. He was a devoted Kansas City Chiefs fan, a proud Coca-Cola collector, and the very best cheer dad. His presence brought strength, laughter, and comfort to those who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
A Celebration of Joseph's Life will be held on March 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Osage Hills in Osage Beach, Missouri.
