Cindy Phelps Obituary
Visitation will be held at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk, Inc., 7922 Wise Ave. on Monday from 10 AM to 2 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1 PM. Interment, Private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations in her memory to a program that provides special needs care.

To our beloved Cindy, It was my pleasure to have known you for 20+ years. I´ll miss our tic tac toe games, seeing you jamming out to music and our side conversations about the Quacks lol. You will forever have a special place in my heart... I´ll say my last goodbye the only way you would want me to.. Two cry babies & two head nods (No) with our arms folded.
