Cindy Kay Stout Sneed, age 67, of Franklin, NC passed away July 14, 2025. Cindy was born January 8, 1958, in Muncie, IN to the late Peggy Mullnix and David Stout.

Mrs. Sneed worked in food service for years. She was a very sweet person who would help anyone in need. Cindy loved the North Carolina mountains.

She is survived by her son, Aaron Sneed; her sisters, Kimberly Stout, Shelia & Gee McClelland, and Stephanie Ulmer; and her brother Dhane Stewart.

In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie "Joe" Sneed; her sister, Connie Stout; her brother, Jack Stewart; and her niece, Stacy Lemanski.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home with Rev. Jason Justus officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:00 PM prior to the service.
