Clara M. Garcia, a spirited and independent woman, passed away on January 5, 2025, at her residence in Port Neches, Texas. Born on October 26, 1953, in Brownsville, Texas, Clara lived a vibrant life of 71 years, filled with joy, laughter, and love.

Clara devoted much of her career to customer service, impressing all she encountered with her exceptional skills and warm demeanor. Known for her beautiful smile and sharp sense of humor, she brightened every room she entered. Her family and friends remember her as a jokester with a blunt personality, someone who kept her spirits high even through her sickness. True to her character, Clara approached life without regrets, savoring every moment and experience. She cherished going out to eat, visiting the casinos, enjoying time at the beach, and indulging her sweet tooth.

Clara leaves behind her beloved daughters, Cynthia Ann Garcia and her husband, Raymond Jesse Diaz and their son, Johnny Jay Diaz of New Braunfels, Texas; Carla Garcia and her spouse, Valerie Garza of Port Neches; and Cristy Garcia and partner, Bianca Sanchez of Houston. She is also survived by her brother, Edward Martinez, and her sister Cristina Alvarado.

Clara was preceded in death by her parents, Guadalupe Maria Martinez and Eleazar Hernandez Saenz.
