Karrie Lynne Stefflen, a cherished member of the Port Arthur community, was born on April 22, 1961, and was called to eternal rest on October 2, 2025, in Beaumont, Texas. Throughout her vibrant life, Karrie nurtured a passion for community, which was evident in her personable nature working in sales at Marble Crafters.
Karrie had a way of making people feel seen and cared for that extended beyond the workplace. She was an active member of Grace Nazarene Church, where she not only attended services over the phone when she was homebound but also volunteered in their food pantry and prayer line ministries. She was an example of God’s love and compassion to everyone, even her dogs.
Karrie accepted the ups and downs of life with grace and humility. She would listen to family and friends, encouraging them to do the same over a cup of coffee on the front porch.
She leaves behind a loving family who will deeply miss her presence. Karrie is survived by her brother, Michael Stefflen; her sister, Michelle Carter and husband, Adam; her aunt and uncle, Susie and Armond McBride; along with her niece, nephew, and many cousins and devoted friends.
Karrie was preceded in death by her parents, Karen Alexander and Larry Stefflen, and her brother Marty Parker. She spoke of seeing them again and is now having that joyful reunion.
A time for friends and family to gather in memory of Karrie will take place on October 7, 2025. Visitation will commence at 1:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM, both held at Melancon Levingston Funeral Home, 2001 Nall Street, Port Neches, Texas 77651. A graveside service will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, Texas.
Karrie Lynne Stefflen's legacy of love, faith, and kindness will forever be cherished and remembered by the lives she touched.
