Clara Proper Obituary
A longtime resident of New York State, Mrs. Proper has made her home with her daughter, in Hixson, since 2021.
She was a member of Hickory Valley Baptist Church.
Mrs. Proper was preceded in death by her husband, Loren Proper and her son, Loren Proper Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Jennie (Tim) Ramsey, Hixson., Laurie (Brian) Smith, New York; son, Butch Proper, New York; two sisters, Linda (Roger) Gordon and Josephine Duncan, both of New York; grandson, Jimmy (Stacy) Proper, Florida; three great-grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
A graveside service will be held in Charleston Four Corners, New York.
