She is reunited with her parents, John Henry Dunlap and Vivian Lee Dunlap; husband, William "Billy" Sebille; and siblings, John H. Dunlap, Clarence H. Dunlap, and Dovie Dunlap.
Those left to cherish Clara's memories are her daughters, Wendy Freeman Miller & her husband John and Tammy Rene' Freeman; grandsons, Bradley Gardner & his wife Hunter, Tyler Lee Gardner & his wife Chelsea, and Devin Gardner; great-grandchildren, Brody Gardner, Brian Gardner, Robert Gardner, Betty Gardner, and Baker Gardner; sister, Ethel Bruce; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
