Clara Norma Serpico

Early Thursday morning, November 13, 2025, as Clara Serpico whispered the prayers of her rosary beads, Our Lord called her to see the sunrise from His home!
Clara Norma was born in New Jersey on July 3, 1930. She attended St Leo Catholic Church in Elmwood Park. After graduating from high school, she married the love of her life, Pasquale Serpico.
They lived in New Jersey until 1959 and then moved to Miami, Florida where Clara worked for the
State of Florida. After retirement, Clara and "Patsy" moved to Orlando in 1995 for the next 20 years
until 2015.
Upon Patsy's passing and 66 years of marriage, Clara came to Tallahassee to live near her son and his family. She loved her life in Tallahassee for the next 9 years. She especially enjoyed the last
2 years at Red Hills Senior Living where she made many friends.
Clara was a devoted daughter to her loving parents. She had a lovely singing voice and a flair
for style. She enjoyed playing cards, telling jokes and being with friends.
Clara is survived by her son, Joseph Serpico (Leslie) of Tallahassee, FL., daughter Patricia Thomas (Jimmy) of Knoxville, TN., 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, her sister and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother.
