Clarence "Skip" Parker was born in Auburn/Moravia, New York to Albert and Bernice Parker.
He graduated from the State University of New York at Alfred and received his engineering degree at Ohio State University,
He was a dedicated parishioner of St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Mt. Vernon, Ohio and St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Marco Island, Florida.
Skip is survived by his wife Vera; daughter Susan Alaniz; and brothers Fred Parker and Richmond Parker. He was predeceased by his son David Allan Parker.
Services will be private.

Our prayers are with you Vera and the family. Skip was a great man and we were blessed to be able to have him as a good neighbor and friend. He was always making corny jokes which we will never forget. Death is a heartache no one can heal but love is a memory no one can steal. Fred & Bryna
