Claudia Ross (nee Karlecke) 97, of Elmwood Park passed away on Saturday, April 5th, 2025. Born in Garfield, she's been a lifelong resident of Elmwood Park. Claudia worked for the Bergen County Board of Elections in Hackensack for 30 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of EP and will be remembered for her choir solos."Oh Holy Night" was her signature song.
Claudia was a member of the Elmwood Park Planning Board, and local Chair for the American Heart Association. Claudia and her late husband, Bob, owned Ross Diner on Rt 46 for 25 years
Beloved wife of the late Robert. Loving mother of Laurie, Darlene and her husband Christoper Jameson and late Robert, proud grandmother of Robert Jameson and his wife, Kara and Christopher Ross Jameson.
Visiting Wednesday 4 to 8 p.m. at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home 274 Market Street, Elmwood Park. Funeral Service Thursday 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Laurel Grove Cemetery, Totowa
