Clayton Boles

Clayton Boles, 79, of Johnstown Township, passed away on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at Bronson Battle Creek Hospital. He was born on December 18, 1945, the son of Carl Edward Boles and Effie (Hennessee) Boles.
Clayton Married the love of his life, Melba on Jan 29th, 1972. They were blessed with 53 years of marriage. Clayton worked many years at Clark Equipment. He went on to open his own business, Clayton's Auto Sales, in Nashville, MI. He had a passion for cars and motorcycles. He especially enjoyed his El Camino. He also enjoyed taking Melba on motorcycle rides. His knowledge and experience in automobiles helped him thrive in his car dealership business. He helped many in his lifetime and his "Can do attitude" was an inspiration to those that met him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Clayton is survived by the love of his life, his Wife Melba K (Smith) Boles of Johnstown Township, MI; Two Sisters, Wondrella (Gary) Deno, Hazel Miller, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father, Carl Edward Boles, Mother, Effie Boles, Brothers, Olen Boles, Jewell Boles.
Visitation will be held at Pleasantview Family Church, 2601 Lacey Rd, on Saturday September 20, 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:00 AM.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Pleasantview Family Church, 2601 Lacey Rd, on Saturday, September 20, 2025, 11:00 am with Pastor Steve Olmstead officiating.
Interment will take place in the Union Cemetery following the service.
