Visitation was planned for 10 a.m. until the time of the service Monday.
Mr. Luelf passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Riechers) Luelf, Washington; three sons, Mark Luelf and wife Christine, Huntsville, Alabama, David Luelf and wife Cindy, Washington, and Bill Luelf and wife Bethany, Springfield, Virginia; other relatives and many friends.
The family is being served by Oltmann Funeral Home, Washington.
