HENDERSONVILLE – Clell Keith, 83, of Hendersonville, passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Mr. Keith was born on November 30, 1939 in Madison County, North Carolina. He was the son of the late Jessie Mae Willis and Coy Keith. He is also preceded in death by brothers Kermit Keith and Charles Keith.
Clell was a very industrious hard worker, which he proved every day at Blue Ridge Printing. He loved his grandkids and great-grandkids and was known for being good-natured and loving children. In his younger days, he liked to fish and bowl. He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Asheville and loved telling people about God and Jesus.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy Keith; sons, Chris Keith (Leslie) and Kevin Keith (Susan); a sister, Wanda Parker; and brother, Cline Keith (Lee); six grandchildren, Jessica Szabo (Nicholas), Jamie Hannah (Dean), Laurissa Boyd (Anthony), Connor Keith, Brandon Keith, and Lainey Keith; and six great-grandchildren, Eliot, McKinley, Oliver, Graceyn, Wyatt, and Waylon.
Clell’s funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023 in the Chapel of West Funeral Home with the Reverend Zachary Szabo officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m., and burial will follow the service in West Memorial Park.
