Cleta Fern Haggart Obituary
Cleta Fern Haggart, 91, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025 at her home in Bridgeport. Funeral service will be held Friday, May 9, 2025 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hawkins Chapel Cemetery in Young County.
Fern was born December 25, 1933 in Graham to the late Walter Lloyd and Nancy Ludie (Cross) Hawkins. She married David A. Haggart, Jr. April 21, 1953 in Loving and he preceded her in death May 4, 2015. Her favorite things included, cooking, sewing, spending time with family & friends and being involved in her church.
Survivors include: sons, David A. Haggart III and wife, Paula of Gibson City, John L. Haggart and wife, Casey of Loving, and Don R. Haggart and wife, Michelle of Bridgeport; sister, Faye Griffin of Silsbee; multiple grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, and three brothers.
Visitation will be held Friday from 10 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
