Clifford was born December 30, 1939, in San Antonio, TX, the son of William A. and Gwendolyn (Highsaw) Bellinghausen.
He graduated from Southmost Texas College. He proudly served in the Navy as a TM3 Submariner aboard the USS Diodon SS-349.
Clifford was a 4th Degree in the Knights of Columbus, Council Number 7809. He was a member of the Mixed Nuts Company Club for many years.
He was an avid traveler and loved new adventures. His true passion was welding of all types, and his soul was soothed by gardening.
Clifford is survived by his brother, three children, 2 grandchildren, and his two cats.
