He is survived by his wife Janice Gilley Downs, his son James Downs and wife Debra of Bella Vista, his daughter Tessa Downs of Centerton, three granddaughters Emily Downs and wife Katherine of Centerton, Gracie Downs and girlfriend Jackie of Bentonville and Kristin Bowlin and husband Caleb of Alma, Joyce Morrison and husband Boss of Marshall, Arkansas, two sisters Lois Sisk of Big flat, Arkansas, one brother Charles Downs and wife Kathy of Round Mountain, Arkansas, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Memorial services 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th Street, Rogers. Memorial contributions to the National Kidney Foundation. Online condolences to www.bentoncountyfuneralhome.com
