Clifford Nelson Hogan, 81, has been called by God to his eternal reward in Heaven, on October 21, 2025, in Laredo, Texas. He was born on May 7, 1944, in Springfield, Mass, the son of Nelson Hogan and Marion Farrington Hogan.
Cliff was an Honored Veteran, who served his country as a payroll officer in the US Army from 1965 to 1968, primarily stationed in France. He came to Laredo over 20 years ago to follow his life partner and it has since then become his home.
Surviving him are his partner, Laurence Low, as well as his church community at Christ Church Episcopal, of which he was an active member and proud to serve his parish.
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at Christ Church Episcopal, 2320 Lane St., beginning at 1 pm.
He will be laid to rest with Military Honors in the Scattering Garden at the church. Military Honors will be provided by the US Army Ft. Sam Houston Honor Detail and the Laredo Veteran Honor Guard.
A bereavement luncheon will take place after the ceremony in the Parish Hall.
