Clifford Staudt Obituary

Clifford J. Staudt, of Harper, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at the age of 81 years.

Clifford was born January 30, 1944 in Fredericksburg, Texas to Hieronymus and Irene Bernhard Staudt.

Clifford married Berta Graham on October 30, 1982 in Fredericksburg, Texas.

He served his country in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1964 to 1970.

Clifford was a carpenter in Fredericksburg and San Angelo for over 40 years. He had a passion for his Labs, hunting and fishing and his grandchildren.

He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Harper, Texas.

Clifford is survived by his wife: Berta Staudt of Harper

Children and their spouses: Lori Brock of Kyle

Tommy and Angie Brock of Fort Worth

Grandchildren and their spouses: Britney Evans of Buda, Zachary Juarez of Austin, Hannah and Dr. Stephen Manoharan of Aubrey, Colton and Mariah Brock of Cleburne, and Makayla and Devon Dinger of Cleburne

Great-Grandchildren: Kadence Flores, Mia Juarez, Greyson Brock, and Ryder Dinger

Brother and spouse: Carlos and Donna Staudt of Fredericksburg

Sister: Donna Staudt of Fredericksburg

Clifford was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, April 10, at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Hofmann officiating.

Graveside services and interment followed in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Tunnel to Towers, www.t2t.org, St. James Lutheran Church, Harper, Texas, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to the charity of your choice.
