Cliff was born on April 14, 1959 in Monroe, Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, Betty Lou Martin and Benjamin C. Wallingsford; brother, Mark Wallingsford; sister, Lisa Wallingsford.
Cliff is survived by his three brothers, Darrell Wallingsford, Robert Wallingsford, and Glen Wallingsford; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family and friends.
