Clifton "Cliff" Ray Howard Sr., born on September 27, 1947, in Owensboro, Kentucky, to Joseph Leo and Bonnie Mae (Fray) Howard, passed away peacefully at his home in North Manchester, Indiana, on November 28, 2024. Life had its share of challenges for Cliff, notably the early passing of his father, which left him with the responsibility of helping raise his siblings alongside their mother. This experience shaped Cliff into a protector and nurturer, showing strength and support for those he loved. His family-oriented personality was matched only by his joyful spirit; he approached life with a happy-go-lucky attitude that brought laughter and comfort to countless gatherings.
Outside of his work, Cliff found joy in simple pleasures in life. He loved cooking out with family and friends, planting flowers around his home, and watching the Chicago Bears.
