Clinton McDonald

Clinton Lawrence McDonald, 78, passed away peacefully at his home in Bryant, Alabama, on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

A funeral service honoring Clinton's life will take place on Sunday, February 16th at 3:00 PM ET (2:00 PM CT) at the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home, with Brother Brad Talley officiating. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service. Following the service, Clinton will be laid to rest at McBryar Cemetery in Bryant, AL.

Clinton was a kind-hearted individual and a beloved member of the Bryant community. He devoted many years to the construction industry before his retirement and had a passion for collecting antiques. He held a strong commitment to his Baptist faith.

He is survived by his brothers, Samuel (Mildred) McDonald and Joe (Nancy) Kenemore; his sister, Martha Talley; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon Bascom McDonald and Emma Myrtle Miles McDonald; his siblings, Loretta Kenemore Sharp, Naomi McDonald, Mary Lou McDonald, and Novella Gilley; his brother-in-law James Sharp; and his nephew Rickey Sharp, niece April Lee Kenemore, and great niece Chelsea Black.

The family expresses their heartfelt gratitude to Complete Care Hospice and Dwight Talley for their compassionate care during this time.

Clinton will be remembered for his gentle spirit and the love he shared with those around him.
