In Loving Memory of Clinton Eugene Pearce
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Clinton Eugene Pearce, affectionately known as Clint, at the age of 72. Clint peacefully departed this world on November 9, 2023, in Sylva, North Carolina, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.
Born on August 22, 1951, in Fort Myers, Florida, Clint was the beloved son of the late Henry and Jewel Pearce. He was a man of unwavering dedication and commitment, exemplifying the virtues of hard work, integrity, and perseverance throughout his life.
Clint's professional journey led him to a fulfilling career as a crane operator and construction worker. His expertise and skill were renowned, earning him the respect and admiration of colleagues and friends alike.
Clint's memory will forever be etched in the hearts of his loved ones. He is survived by his devoted wife, Gail Pearce, who stood by his side through thick and thin, providing unwavering support and love. He will also be deeply missed by his sons, Rob Pearce and Geoff Johnson, who will carry on his legacy with pride, embodying the values instilled in them by their beloved father. Additionally, Clint is survived by his dear mother-in-law, Loretta Stimens, who held a special place in his heart and loved so much. He is also survived by his good friend, Kevin Humbert, whose friendship and support meant so much to him.
A private service will be held at a later date to honor Clint's life.
In this time of mourning, let us remember Clint as a pillar of strength, a devoted family man, and a respected professional. May his soul find eternal peace, and may his loved ones find comfort in the memories they shared with him. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Savannah Volunteer Fire Dept. in Sylva, NC
