Clinton Perrone

Clinton "Clint" Perrone, 65, of Butler, PA passed away on October 21, 2024, at Butler Memorial Hospital. He was a kind, caring, and humble soul who lived life on his own terms and found joy in the simple things, especially time spent on the farm he cherished with is local friends.
Clint was proud of his 29 year career as Principal Systems Specialist at the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, a joint effort of Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. He enjoyed his work there and built many lasting friendships.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no formal services. His remains will be scattered in a private ceremony at the farm he loved so dearly.
He is survived by his mother: Evelyn M. (Dolfi) Perrone, one sister Andrea Herrick, one brother: Peter Perrone, two nieces: Jackie and Michelle, one nephew: Benjamin and their respective children, and a good friend and buddy.
Clint was preceded in death by his father, Marion P. Perrone.

Though he never sought the spotlight, his warmth, wisdom, and quiet strength will be deeply missed by all who knew him-- his family, friends, and colleagues alike.
