Clinton J. Trowbridge

1955 - 2026

Clinton J Trowbridge, 70, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2026, at his home in Indianapolis, IN.

He was born on November 4,1955 in Beech Grove, Indiana to his proud parents Clifford and Margaret Trowbridge. Clint spent his first five years living in Beech Grove before his family relocated to Greenwood, Indiana where he grew up. He attended Center Grove schools and graduated high school with the Class of 1974. Clint attended and became a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church in Greenwood when he was an adolescent.

Clint was a kind friend to everyone he met. He was a talented musician (guitar, piano), artist (watercolor, acrylic, oil) athlete (basketball, baseball, high jump/track).

He was employed at College Life at the Pyramids of Indianapolis for many years, and Precision Plating of Beech Grove thereafter.

Clint was preceded in death by his father Clifford A. Trowbridge on September 26, 2024, his paternal grandparents Rev. Rolla and Mrs. Zelpha Trowbridge, and his maternal grandparents Wendell and Sally Martindale.

Clint leaves behind one son, Clifford Daniel Trowbridge. His mother also survives. Clint was the adored "big brother" to his surviving brothers and sisters; Don (Sherry) Trowbridge, Brian (Penny) Trowbridge, Marla (John) McDowell and Jennifer (Kevin) Riley. Clint was Uncle to Kyle Trowbridge, Katie Trowbridge, Tyler Trowbridge, and Jordan Jamison who survive him. He was blessed to have several Aunts and Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Our hearts are broken. We are grateful to our Father in Heaven for granting us the privilege of having Clint in our lives and for his contributions to his family in every circumstance. A celebration of his life is planned for Sunday, May 17th at 2:00 p.m. at 1224 Ridge Road, Carmel 46033.
