Clyde "Duke" Eugene Harrington was born on September 3, 1965, to Howard Raymond and Donna Jean (Bohannon) Harrington in Neosho, Missouri. Duke passed away at his home in Neosho, Missouri on November 14, 2025, at the age of 60 years.

Duke enjoyed listening to country music, and shared the opinion with true classic country fans, that Merle Haggard is the best. He enjoyed working with his hands and found it rewarding to fix cars. He was an avid deer hunter, and outdoorsman. He took drives through the country and appreciated the peaceful relaxation and simple beauty nature provided him. He was also a patriotic man and served his country in the United States Marines from 1983 – 1987.

Duke is survived by his significant other, Dixie Haviland, children: Cliff Harrington and his wife, Lacy, of Neosho, Missouri, Donna Mayberry, and husband, Jim, of Phoenix, Arizona, Cody Haviland of Neosho, Missouri, and Rachael Christenson, and husband, Johnny Jr., of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, multiple grandchildren, one sister Terry Testerman of Carthage, Missouri, and one brother, Raymond Harrington and wife, Lori, of Neosho, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Howard Wayne Harrington.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at a later date. Interment will be at Regan Cemetery.

Services are under the personal care and direction of Clark Funeral Home.
