Clyde MacDonald Obituary
Clyde was born May 22, 1944 in Laconia, the son of the late Ernest MacDonald, Sr. and Ethel (Diack) MacDonald.
Clyde was a veteran of the United States Army.
He was a production control manager for NH Ball Bearings, he worked there for 50+ years.
Clyde enjoyed fishing, drag racing and classic cars, and coaching Hockey. Most of all he adored his family and spending time with all of them.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Sandie MacDonald; three grandchildren, Abigail and Mark Cordoza, Zachary Drouin, and Cameron and Ashley Drouin, a great grandson, Lincoln Drouin, sister, Rose Marie and Roger Allen, and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra A. MacDonald, brothers, Ernest MacDonald, Jr., Alfred MacDonald, sisters, Patricia Brunt, Yvonne Bristol, Janet Stall,
Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N.H.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Andre Bessette Parish-Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia, N.H.
Burial with Military Honors will follow in the family lot at Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia, N.H.
For those who wish the family suggests that memorial donations may be made in Clyde's memory to a charity of one's choice to aid military veterans.
