Clyde “Lee” Ward, Jr., of San Angelo, TX passed away unexpectedly on June 18, 2025 at Shannon Medical Center in San Angelo, TX.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 at Pecos Funeral Home in Pecos, TX from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Private burial services will follow at a later date.
Lee was born in Pecos, TX to Clyde Lee Ward, Sr. and Cecilia Ward on December 16, 1974. Lee graduated from Pecos High School before attending Sul Ross State University in Alpine, TX. Lee loved spending time with his family, caring for his horses, loved his Dallas Cowboys and traveling near, to the Davis Mountains and far, to Colorado and beyond.
Lee is survived by his two sons, Clyde Lee Ward III (“Treyce”) and Robert “Colby” Ward of Phoenix, AZ. Parents, Clyde Ward, Sr. and Cecilia Ward of Pecos. Sister, Cara Turn and her husband Andrew Turn of Pecos, TX. Nieces, Maeve and Farran Turn of Pecos, TX. Along with numerous uncles, aunts and cousins whom he loved dearly.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to any charity of your choice in Lee’s name.
