Cody Creed Allain, age 32, of Cohasset, MN, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Our Cody was never far from home. From the day he was born in 1993 to Timothy and Tammy Allain in Grand Rapids, MN, to adding his beloved wife Chauna Jean and subsequently growing his own family with Christopher, Caleb, Connor and the girls (Ebony, Josie, and Pepper) on the family property. He had a huge heart always putting his family and friends first. He was super supportive and accepting of others, would give anyone who needed it the shirt off his back, and was constantly taking in strays both human and animal alike. Cody was nothing but a big kid at heart. A huge jokester he was constantly playing with the boys, fishing, hunting, camping, taking a rip on the side by sides, tickling people behind the ears, or even Adam and Cody chasing each other around the farm with syringes, but most importantly hanging with his family.

Cody was known to be a hard worker and a jack of all trades. He worked several years as an operator for Union Local 49 until he started working with his current co-workers and second family Scheff Logging.

Cody is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Tom and Joy Paulley; and paternal grandparents, Sindal and Arlys Burns. He is survived by his wife, Chauna; sons, Christopher, Caleb, and Connor Allain; Parents, Tim and Tammy Allain; brother, Adam (Daniele) Paulley; nieces, Addison and Payson; Parent-in-laws Jason (Mary) Chambers; brother-in-law Devin Chambers; extended Scheff family including work dad, "Patch" and Maggie; friend/companion Jessie, and many additional extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life (Party) will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2026, beginning at noon at the Sugar Lake Town Hall, 20982 County Road 459, Cohasset, MN 55721, across from County Rd 469 . Look for the blue & orange balloons.
