Colby J. White, affectionately known as "White Chocolate," passed away on October 12, 2025, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Born on September 9, 1982, in Sioux City, Iowa, Colby was a cherished son, brother, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and love.

Colby dedicated over two decades of his professional life to Interbake Foods before transitioning to the construction industry. Most recently, he was employed at Fleet Farm, where his work was characterized by dedication and a positive spirit. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence were evident in all that he undertaken.

A graduate with a GED, Colby was not defined solely by his career; he was a remarkable individual who embraced life with a bright spirit. He was a passionate artist and an enthusiastic gamer, dedicating countless hours to his favorite game, Call of Duty, alongside friends. Cooking brought him joy, and he loved preparing meals, often accompanied by his two beloved French bulldogs, who were a significant part of his life.

Colby's interests extended to playing pool and fervently supporting his favorite team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, showcasing his love for sports and camaraderie. He created lasting memories with his family and friends, always finding joy in the simplest of moments.

Colby is survived by his father Don, mother Diane, and brother Casey, who will continue to honor his memory and the love he shared. He was also predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Ralph & Beth White, and maternal grandparents, Russ & Helen Fleury.

Through his life, Colby touched the hearts of those around him. His kind and loving nature will be greatly missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
