Cole Andrew Younger

Cole Andrew Younger, 77, husband of Cheryl Ann Robinson Younger, passed away on Friday, May 2, 2025. A native of Frankfort, he was born on January 16, 1948 to the late Roy and Mary Helen Perkins Younger. He worked as a line maintenance installation supervisor and Network IT for Bellsouth and was a Veteran of the US Army, a member of Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church, a member of Eastern Star, and a Mason. Cole enjoyed being outside playing golf, fishing, and hunting. He loved playing Sudoku and flying small planes.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Chris Younger (Billinda), Frankfort, and James Younger (Mary), Independence; his sister, Patricia Ralston, Frankfort; his brother, Michael Younger (Paula), Union; his grandchildren, Thomas Younger, Tyler Younger, George Younger, Aidan Younger, Bailey Younger, A.J. Younger, Bella Younger, Asher Younger, and Breanna Johnson (Mark); his great grandson, Nicholas Johnson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Robert Younger, and his brother, Franklin Younger.
Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, May 8, 2025, with visitation prior, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd with Pastor Todd Lester officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as casketbearers will be Cole's grandchildren and great grandson. Visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 8:00pm on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, with Eastern Star and Masonic Services, at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd.
