Coleman Lee Dann, 49, of Fort Hall, ID. Began his Spiritual journey on Friday, February 13, 2026. He was born on November 3, 1976, in Pocatello, Idaho, to the late Michael Dann and Peggy Johnnie.

Coleman was a member of the Shoshone Bannock Tribes of Fort Hall, ID. Coleman was raised in the Fort Hall area. He attended school at Tyhee Elementary, Hawthorne Middle School, and graduated from Highland High School and diesel and automotive courses online.

Coleman had various hobbies he was a skilled craftsman, very talented artist, beader, designer and he was a jack of all trades. He originated the braided ribbons on his grass dance outfits. He loved all music, going to concerts; he was also a dance instructor teaching young people and those wanting to learn. He also loved collecting comic books, he was a gamer, working on his cars, he loved competition. Coleman enjoyed traveling to powwows where he was a champion grass dancer.

Coleman had a strong will for life; he was a very hard worker and was a strong believer in his Native American beliefs where he was a Sundancer and practiced many other traditional ways.

On September 30, 2022, he married his love Kayla Marshall from this day on they enjoyed so many adventures together. He has three children Cailan, Tyren, Keva and he was more than happy to help raise his stepson, James Osborne. He loved his children and was an amazing father. He enjoyed being with family, friends, and spending time with his children.

Coleman was preceded in death by his father Micheal L. Dann, his Paternal grandparents Jimmy Dann Sr. and Amy Dixey Dann, Maternal grandfather Wilford Johnnie Sr.

Coleman is survived by his wife Kayla and his children Cailan, Tyren, Keva Dann a stepson James Osborne. His mother Peggy Johnnie, Brother, Michael K Dann, His maternal grandmother Rosalean Pohipe Johnnie, numerous Nieces and Nephews, aunties and uncles and extended powwow members he called his family.

Coleman will be greatly missed, his humor and laughter and teasing ways.

Viewing will be held at Coleman's residence, 160 E Ballard Road, Fort Hall, Idaho, beginning Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 10 a.m. until, Funeral Services on Monday, February 16, 2026, at 3 p.m. at Hawker Funeral Home 132 S. Shilling Ave. Blackfoot, Idaho. Traditional Burial services will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. He will be laid to rest at the Gibson Cemetery, Fort Hall, Idaho.
