Colene Joyce Drumm, age 94 of Shelby, NC, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, January 5, 2025.
She is survived by her children, Mike Grayson and wife Suzanne of Surfside Beach, SC, Teresa Crawford and husband David of Shelby, NC, and Tammy Chapman and husband Mike of Shelby, NC, four grandchildren, Michael Grayson and wife Amanda of Kings Mountain, NC, Cameron Crawford of Raleigh, NC, Allen White and Rickie Martin of Shelby, NC, and Cody Chapman of Shelby, NC, five great grandchildren, Tripp Grayson, Halie Grayson, Elaina Grayson, Myles Grayson, and Cash Chapman, and two great great grandchildren, Camila and Laila.
Born March 28, 1930, in Catawba County, NC, Colene was the daughter of the late Walter Drumm and Merle Nelson Drumm and was preceded in death by a daughter, Vickie Grayson and her two brothers, Ray Drumm and Louis Drumm.
Colene worked and retired from Fasco Industries and Super Stitches Embroidery. Shel enjoyed attending Post 82 ball games, puzzles, and listening to beach, gospel, and country music.
A funeral service will be held 3:00pm Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Cleveland Funeral Services conducted by Rev. Doug Pruett. A visitation will be held from 2:00pm – 3:00pm prior to the service at the funeral home. A private entombment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park.
