Died on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, in Battle Creek. Colene was born on October 8, 1947, in Battle Creek, the daughter of Clair and Pearl ( Jorgenson) McMannis. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School. She married Lewis W. Gaw on June 26, 1965. He preceded her in death in 2008. Colene loved all animals, bowling and being with her family. Surviving is a son, Rodney W. Gaw; special lifelong friends, Pat Duscha and Dee Hakes. A private graveside service will be held. Arrangements by the Richard A.
