Colin was an artist and nature lover.
He was a cat dad, who loved building toys, castles and outdoor enclosures for his beloved cats. He was happiest when out in nature with his cats.
He started his professional career in North Hampton, MA. While there he created front window art displays for shops on Main St. He found lifelong friendships while in North Hampton.
He had adventures that shouldn't be put in print, such as having a sword fight with a member of a well-known Punk Rock band during one of his legendary parties and might have accidentally caused a minor injury to said band member.
He enjoyed classic cars, his first being a Mustang Fastback. He later moved to Gary, IN just across the state line from Louisville, KY. He loved sharing the rich local history with friends and family who visited. He had a passion for street luge and was skillful at talking friends and co-workers into driving a chase car for him.
He made his way to western Colorado in 2006 and moved to the east slope a few years later. He worked for Harmony Recovery and was active in the recovery community. At Harmony in his own words, "I have found nothing in this life that parallels the joy and peace that work gave me".
At the time of his passing Colin was working for Top-Notch Plumbing, Heating & Air, where he enjoyed working with wonderful people. As Colin put it "TNP is not only a great place to work but is also proactive about doing good for the community".
Colin is loved and dearly missed by his family, his cat Selene and many friends.
