Colleen Marie Stritch

Colleen Marie Stritch, a cherished soul and beloved member of her family, passed away on February 13, 2025, in Gulfport, MS. Born in Greensboro, NC, on December 31, 1979, she brought and warmth to everyone she encountered.

Colleen's interests showcased her vibrant spirit; she found joy in collecting country music CDs, spending time on her tablet, and indulging in reruns on television. Those who had the pleasure of knowing her will fondly remember her daily walks with her dog and her heartfelt tradition of buying presents for her beloved nephews and nieces.

She is survived by her devoted family members: her father, John Stritch of Gulfport, MS; her stepfather, Robert Ross of Lyman, MS; her sister, Susan Stritch of Gulfport, MS; and her brother, Robert Stritch (Joy) of Vicksburg, MS. Colleen was also a proud aunt to four nephews and two nieces, all of whom adored her deeply.

Colleen was predeceased by her mother, Linda Ross, whose absence will be felt profoundly by those who loved them both.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on February 19, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Riemann Family Funeral Home in Gulfport, MS. A Mass in her memory will be held on February 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM at St. James Catholic Church in Gulfport, MS, followed by her burial at Floral Hills Cemetery at 12:00 PM.

Colleen Marie Stritch will forever be remembered for her kind heart, her resilience, and the love she shared with her family. She leaves behind lasting memories that will continue to inspire and uplift those who knew her.
